The B & B has four guest suites each with their own unique style and amenities.... Full payment must be made at the time of reservation. Visa, personal check, cash, and travelers checks are accepted. Or click here to send us an email with your inquiry. Arrival and Departure: Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Prior arrangements can be made for late arrivals. Check out time is 11:00am. Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit (less $25.00 processing fee) will be refunded only if we are notified 30 days before arrival. Cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights rented regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There are no refunds for groups who reserve several rooms. Gift Certificates: Certificates are available and may be used within a 12 month period. A gift certificate is a wonderful present for a special occasion. Restrictions: 2 Night Minimum Required on all room reservations An outside area is available for our smoking guests. We can accommodate young adults, 12 and over. We regret that we are not able to accommodate pets. Insurance policy restrictions prohibit pets of any kind on the grounds or in the rooms.
